In Common is a small UK jewellery brand getting ready to launch. This page explains what we collect before launch and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join our launch list.
- What was in your bag when you joined from the checkout, so we know which pieces people want most and can tell you when they're ready.
- Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, buttons clicked). We use a cookie-free analytics service that doesn't identify you or track you across other websites.
What we use it for
Only to email you about our launch, your 15% launch offer, and new pieces. We'll never sell or share your details with anyone else for their own marketing.
Who handles it
Our email list is run by Mailchimp (Intuit), which stores it securely on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare.
Our legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box and join the list. You can withdraw it at any time.
Unsubscribing and your rights
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@weareincommon.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or for up to two years after our last email to you, whichever comes first.
